Favourable and excellent location, in Tromsø city center. Again, 10 minutes walk from Tromso Cathedral. The rooms spotless, new-fashioned with the nicest view, good baths plus the TV.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the popular tourist spots on foot. We loved the fact that there were supermarkets nearby, making it convenient to stock up on snacks and essentials. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the city and answering all our questions with a smile.
The size of the room, which was a bit small for our liking. We had brought two cabin bags and one big luggage, and there was not enough space to comfortably accommodate one more bag.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed two key aspects. the location was absolutely fantastic. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and take in all the Christmas festivities. the room itself was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and even giving us a tourist map.
There were a few negatives to note. I was disappointed that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Breakfast was very mean and was cleared away at 9 am sharp!! Pricing policy of hotel seems rather unfair. My room cost different rates on different days, on the third day (but I didn't stay this night) the price was double that of the first day!!
